My World Tour Itinerary

From September 3 to December 5, 2015, I will circumnavigate our planet, travel approximately 34,000 miles aboard two cruise ships and nine airline flights, make two canal passages (Suez and Panama), and visit 24 countries on five continents. While circling the globe, I will be posting to my Magellanitis blog via email as often as possible when I’m on dry land, given the limited Internet/wifi access and/or cellphone service I will likely encounter. Cruise ships charge as much as 60 cents a minute for (really slow) Internet access (via satellite) and this trip is already costing me a small fortune. So, we’ll see how it goes.
